German WW1/2 fighting/trench boot knife

This one has no maker mark, making it a bit more rarer and more so a ww1 knife.These knives were used in both wars especially by the Luftwaffe paratroopers,whose knives were more likely to be marked.This knife shows blacking to the blade which could be cleaned up but I prefer this way.cross guard is nice and tight as are the aged wooden grips.scabbard shows wear and looks to be possibly painted at some stage.boot clip is missing.excellent solid boot knife which would look great on display or in your dagger collection.
