Soviet Russian brass class badges

Set of 3 Soviet Russian brass class badges featuring 1st, 2nd and 3rd class. 1st class has a smooth blue enamel and the 2nd and 3rd have the star textured enamel.These badges are for signals Troops and identify different ranks.not sure if these are ww2 or post war.
